Seller to prepare the home for selling.

Agent to coordinate and provide a professional photographer.

Listing GOES LIVE!

Open communication and weekly reporting.

OFFERS RECEIVED! Now it is time for negotiation.

The offer is accepted, and the agent coordinates seller & buyer title to close.
Steps to Buying a Home

Meet with your agent to discuss what you would like in your home (both wants & needs)

Meet with a Lender to obtain a pre-approval letter.

Agent will set up an automatic search portal for the buyer based on wants & needs.

The buyer will be able to use the search portal to find options. When the buyer finds something they like they will contact the agent.

The agent will schedule showings and attend them with the buyer(s).

When the buyer finds the perfect home, the agent and buyer will write an offer.

Negotiations begin, which will lead to an accepted offer.

Buyer works with lender to get the loan in place.

Agent coordinates all parties to the closing table, and the keys are handed over!
